We are happy to accept your returns of unworn items in their original packaging and in 100% good condition (Unwashed, unaltered, tags attached), within 30 days of purchase date. Final sale items, customized items, and gift cards are not eligible for returns including, but not limited to, embroidery/personalization, alterations, laundering, damage, odors, stains, or other markings. Additionally, The Order Chef cannot accept returns on products considered Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) including, but not limited to, face coverings. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return postage cost will be at your expense unless items received are damaged, defective, or not as ordered. 

Here is how it works:

  1. Contact us at support@theorderchef.com.
  2. Do not remove any of the tags if you wish to return the items.
  3. Pack and secure your items in the original packaging. (Our recycled poly mailers have dual adhesive strip for reuse and returns)
  4. Ship back the items to:

We suggest shipping your items back with a carrier that can provide a tracking number.

Faulty or not as ordered? We ask you to inspect your order upon received and contact us at support@theorderchef.com within 3 DAYS If you believe the item is defective, damaged, or received the item in error. Please, send us an email  including a photo of the damage/defect item, so we can  evaluate the item issue and  make it right. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions regarding how and where to send your package. If we are not notified within 3 DAYS of received the item or the Items have been sent back to us without first requesting it, you will no longer qualify for a return or replacement.  

Please note, if your return items show signs of use or wear, you will be notified, the item will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued. The Order Chef reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the garment price.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. This process will take 3-5  business days.

Can I make a return past the 30 day period?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept clothing past the 30-day return policy. If items are returned past this period, the customer will be required to pay the shipping charge to have the items sent back.


Do you offer exchanges?

Currently, we are not able to offer exchanges, so if you would like another size/style you will need to place a new order via our online store. You can then send the unwanted item(s) back to us for a refund as per the return policy above.
